The Protea hotel in Ndola is guest friendly, but so is most of the Protea hotels in Zambia.
Go to the pub/lounge after 19h in the evening and you will be sorted.
Lots of girls hanging around. Some evenings more than others, but there is always someone.
If you are Caucasian, just arrive in any pub, club or bar - you will be sorted.
