Any recommendation on a lodge in Randburg, Sandton area where there are a few ladies working there independently.

Nice and clean and I can view and approach if I feel that need arise.

Every second guesthouse/lodge in Randburg is WG friendly. That's literally the only reason most of those places are still in business. Without naming any, the most notable i have been to are on the ferndale side of Randburg

This is true. However it usually happens that you find the girl here, get her address, and then realise it's a place you've seen lot's of other girls before but you only find out after calling when planning a booking.

How would you actually find out who's at the lodge and available for a booking? That could make things a lot easier if you're near one and could know who's there.
