If I purchase a chapter does it become available for download or is it a physical disk that must be delivered somewhere?

When you purchase a chapter you cannot download it, but you can view it in the same way you view advertiser videos.
If you buy all 4 chapters online, you also get a DVD/Blu-Ray Combo disk set at a discounted price (it will cost more in the shops). The disk set can either be picked up at the office or posted to you.

I tried to buy chapters 1 and 4 (for obvious reasons hehe), but the payment page does not finish loading :(
PS ESA, the message posted about buying all 4 here does not match up with the message posted on the actual production page. I suggest getting them lined up before someone complains down the line ;)
