What would you recommend?

I didn't give him any option. I told him that it's his decision.

Afterwards it got me thinking if I were to go back in time and do it again. I would have preferred to go with a SW and do a full GFE and learn at the same time, avoiding all the fumblings and inexperience.

Your colleague will either end up doing it any way or you could guide him with dome good references

If he's already interested in sex workers he will find his way to one's door. I think all of us here have been curious before we finally took the dive in.

Choose an SP with a great record and recommend her. Let him explain to her what his situation is so that she can ease him into everything and make his first time memorable.

If he joins ESA he should become a GM and make a wise choice.

Here is my input as I can relate to this one:

I lost mine with a WG and don't regret it one bit. I wanted my first time to be mind-blowing, like a dish made by a professional chef. In the event, I blow my load in 2 minutes (if I'm lucky), I didn't want to be embarrassed for a small abnormality I have and have her speak to her buddies about me not lasting etc. I figured I will find what I am looking for with a WG rather than someone outside the purple world. I did seek advice from those more experienced than me in punting, followed the wisdom and had a great booking. I even got to lose it to a blonde hottie, which was a bonus. My suggestion is that he goes for it with the WG.

The downside is that now I can never stop punting.
