Have you ever had a punter who lived extremely nearby to you?

I am thinking like within a 10 min walk or maybe 5 min drive.
Or perhaps even in the same building as you.
If so, did you notice if this punter booked you significantly
more often just due to your proximity?

I have the opposite situation.
There is a WG is working in my complex. Contacted her for a booking and she gave my conplex as the address, so I made an excuse to not proceed since I wouldn't have been comfortable with this.

I had a client in my complex contact me last year, was prepared to see him until I saw he was on our whatsapp group as a nember of our body corporate
I quickly blocked him,as I wasn't sure if he would report me to the body corporate
He could of been a nice guy but no ways was I taking the chance

Hahahaha had the same experience when I worked in Midrand in 2017,one guy he lived next door.he called to book me for an outcall,but it turned out to be the guy next door.who was irritated me with his loud music.hahahaha he become a fuck buddy,whenever I was itch I would just go to him hehehehehee
I even took over one of his parking:)

Have a group of girls who share an apartment in a nearby complex, opposite the street when I'm lazy to drive I just book one of them. I'm single so don't mind if I bump into them at the shopping complex or something...

Lol. Met a guy in the lift, he helped me carry groceries into my apartment, I had just moved in. He got my number and we started talking, fast forward a couple days later I get an outcall booking and I was given the same address as my building, didn't put much thought into it because a lot of the units are airbnbs, when he opened the door we were both embarrassed that nothing actually happened. Anyway we dated, which was messy, very messy.
