Just a suggestion if ESA can provide email ids to the girls.
For example : ([email protected]) Active ad
the idea will need to be refined further for multiple profiles of same name
Quite a few profiles do not have email ids on them and quite a few punters do not have whatsapp or other communication apps on punting phones. This can help.

There's PM for that and if they don't look at PM's, they definitely not gonna look at another auto-generated email account.

For us lesser mortals pick up the phone and call or WhatsApp or sms. As N4P said if they don't look at PMs they won't read your email
