Just wondering ... how important is telephone manner to you guys out there.
I didnt realise how much of a turnoff it really could be until this evening.
I called Sky from Gallo Manor to enquire about rates etc. her telephone manner / etiquette was so poor its was actually a turn off. Been eyeing her for a while but i def will not be visiting. I know many have had a brilliant time there but geez her phone skills r thrash

2 things that are deciding factor for me is her telephone manners and WhatsApp answers. If she has crappy telephone manners the booking is going to be crappy.

Yeah, I think most punters are of this opinion. If you're not showed common courtesy or decency on the booking stage when they still need to get you as a custom, you can almost be certain that when you already there, it's just gonna be about the money and get you out as fast as possible.

For me.... friendly and courteous phone manners has always been top priority.
If someone is rude and short on a call or on WhatsApp, I won't take a booking.... if I was a guy, I would not book if the conversation was not spontaneous and lacked a bit of depth...

Kind regards

Like any other business, telephone etiquette, can make or break a business.
Upon contact some of the things I look at, is tone of voice, language used, info on service offered, enthusiasm expressed or not, among other things.
This will determine if I will proceed or not together other information received.

Agreed on this point - was planning on visiting three ladies at a well known venue in Pretoria, but my WA messages on enquiries are just being read and ignored. Being treated in such a manner really puts one off.

It's such a pity.... The ladies certainly are gorgeous!

having a bad day is no excuse for being rude , now if she thought you were an insurance salesman then I would understand the rudeness , after the third idiot calls on the same morning I get a little rude myself

Also if you call a lady and she sounds half dead on the phone. Answers u with one word sentences. Im afraid when im with her she might just realy die.
This is how i see it. Most clients already know the rates in specific areas. Its the voice and tel manners he focus on when he calls and just to find out whata on offer. 99 percent of the time it wil be the same service than all the other girls he called prior. So tel manners is very important
