Hi everyone!

So here is the long-awaited info for the ESA Spring Social 2023.

Date: 7th September 2023
Time: from 12.30pm
Place: Club Amsterdam. 5 minutes from Lanseria airport.

The address will only be given on confirmed payment of booking and by invitation, and not to be disclosed on the public forum please.

Entrance fee payable upfront by means of an EFT or Cash deposits of R300 per Gent and Ladies R100. The entrance fee includes a welcome drink and lunch. All bookings made will have to be paid upfront in advance by the 31st of August 2023 to cover the costs of catering etc. NO cash payments at the door will be accepted. (In the past we have organized socials with no entrance and learnt that 30% who have booked don't arrive) We are doing this to prevent over expenditure on hiring staff and catering. No refunds on bookings paid if you don't attend unless you cancel before the 31st of August.

Cash bar on premises.

The rooms will be available to rent by the hour @R250 and full use of the facilities including the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Rooms for overnight stays will also be available @ R500 for the night.

Any bookings that are done on the day are to be discussed privately between the parties eg rates/fees are to be negotiated directly between the client and the service provider. The venue and I will not be held accountable or responsible as long as the house fees are paid.

Please understand that the venue and owners are allowing us the use of facilities and I would appreciate that you respect them and their property.

ESA staff will be in attendance and there will be a lucky draw and some entertainment on the day which I will announce during the next week or so.
