Ok so to me, a senior citizen, if I book at 17h00 at restaurant, lawyer, or where ever that is the time I expect to be doing whatever is meant to be happening, that to me is a code of honour. I will be there at 3 minutes to 17h00 to make sure I am there on time.
To arrive at one of my favorite WG and get a voice message at 17h00 to just wait a while ? Not good, then to enter and wait another 10 minutes? Not cool at all?
Final straw? As I leave premises, so much later finding her washing up? Ultra not cool.

Sounds familiar. I wander if this is the mature lady in Randburg with a multitude of animals. Really annoyed me as well.

I completely agree with you two gents,
as a WG your KPA's per say should include a half hour between each booking in the event you do run over time as not to let your client wait, or a polite sms should do the trick.

@Veteran only 3 min? More like 5 - 10 min early! For me (personally) if you're not 10 min early, it means you're already late!
