You just banned Indian Lalita for her post om ass worship and big booty lovers. I speak NOT on her behalf...

We can clearly see this has affected alot of SP's income... espcially our awesome bootilicious African queens. It was bold of her to do so... but she stood up for other girls who clearly feels the same.

Eddie... with all due respect.. you know in 2009 we were an awesome bunch of honeys on the Your site..we all stood together as wg ladies... and ESA protected us... by banning rude and abusive punters.ESA was out playground...

I don't think ICL was banned for raising the issue, I think it was for quoting and discussing things that were on the private ladies forum. Other ladies have been banned, even if just temporarily, for the same thing. I understand how you ladies feel about this completely, but if you look at it from ESA's side, they would have absolutely ZERO integrity if they were to apply a rule to some and not all. You have to divorce the CONTENT of ICL's post from the FACT of it. You guys would be the first to bitch if Eddie / Erin applied one rule to some and not others. As much as I sympathise with the content of ICL's post,the public forum was perhaps the wrong place to do it.

At least that's my take on things. She may have been banned for different reasons that are not apparent.

Lalita was not banned for the thread she started. She was banned for verbally abusing and threatening our admin staff.
She also noted that we are racist and many other unpleasant things under the sun.

She will not be unbanned.

By that do you mean they didn't get their way immediately so the only possible recourse was to break the site rules and bring it out in the open? I am not sorry they did but I am just trying to be fair and see both sides. I DO think the rule is dumb as I indicated on the thread. At the same time I do feel ESA needs to be consistent.

That is a completely specious argument. They HAVEN'T banned photos of lips. They HAVEN'T banned photos of faces.

Your logic, taken to it's extreme, works like this.

The law prevents me from killing people or driving to fast. When is the law's control over my life going to end? Will they stop me drinking water when I am thirsty? Will they force me to eat my sandwiches with the crust on instead of cutting them off?

This is what is known as a "false equivalency" and sorry, but your logic just doesn't pan out the way you think it does. "What if" is one of the silliest ways to defend your point.
