Heard of something similar a few years back when someone warned me to lock my doors when driving through Pretoria at night. But as the article said "the addition of a police officer was a new take". Be careful ladies and gentlemen!

This happened to me in 2005/6 on Oxford Road. Stop at those lights and go into a daydream and the ladies will hop in your car.
I had to explain to the lady that I was a poor student with no money. She wouldn't listen but eventually jumped out when I refused and said I have no money.
8 years later I had my first punt. She was 8 years ahead of her time.

Old trick indeed. This used to happen in PE as far back as early 2000.
