I have an established 4star B&B in Randburg which I am contemplating selling or converting into a business opportunity. It consists of 6 fully furnished bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, king size beds, lounge, pool, thatched lapa and private garden.
I would consider selling or renting the entire premises fully furnished with all linen and equipment.
or
Renting out rooms individually on a monthly basis to SP's.

This sounds great... ehy not contact chasidy she could turn it into a stunning upmarket venue.
She also knows many people and wont get bothered.
