Am I allowed to mention even an no ad active at all, even the girl has a profile that wasn't paid that month.

No you're not. That's literally what freeloading is, getting exposure without paying for the ad.

Thing that'll get you banned on ESA
1) Freeloading
2) Freeloading
3) Freeloading
4) Accidental freeloading
Seems like everything else is a free for all that doesn't really get monitored or enforced much.
That's why you always save the numbers of the ladies you like, so even if their ad is down you can reach out. So yeah, sometimes the number won't work while the ad is down because she's genuinely taking a break, or it was controlled by the establishment she was working for.
The beauty of the forum is you can still search her name and the reviews will still be there. Send some of the reviewers a DM and see if they have a clue when she's coming back or if she's changed her name (as they sometimes do).
