Att : ESA Support... Recorded Chats ?

Howdy, just a quick issue... Are the recorded chats working for anybody ?
They are not working at all for me, I have checked all my settings, shockwave, flash, different browsers... the works, all updates, they're all current and working perfectly.
When loading it shows the "Establishing Connection" image and then when the status bar is at 95% it simply freezes ?
What's up with this ???

Hi Guys
There seems to be a connectivity issue with the server we rent from a 3rd party streaming company.
I'm trying to get hold of them now and will keep you guys updated.

Depends on the device, iPhone and iPad are not able to play flash. If you are using a MacBook or iMac, then it works just fine.

Use a Puffin Browser on your iPad or phone and it will play flash
