I suggest you first go see a neurologist, to exclude any physical/medical cause. Often if symptoms are sudden (recent onset) in adulthood, it is related to neurological issues. If no physical cause is found, then the next step is to see a psychologist.

If you are in Jhb, you can go see Dr Wolberg at Linksfield clinic, he is a good neuro.

There is lots of research on the net the might indicate that if you suck dick and swallow it will regulate your hormones and help with your mood swings give it a try let us know how it works out.

Just joking go have blood tests at Dischem have your hormones checked out
