The exposure girls caters for the guys who don't read reviews or anything else on esa. The small brain looks at their photos and call the number. Done. Thus the more ads you have, the more likely you will get a call from this target group.
The guys looking for quality do more research and planning into their punts and will rather wait for positive reviews or recommendations before booking.
My 2c of making sense of this in any case.

If the lady offers different kind of services, I personally think each lady should be limited to one profile per section for example:
-1 profile for girls section
-1 profile for massage
-1 profile for Specialist
If not, then if she has more than one active profile, it would be nice if there was some link on the page which shows her other related profiles.
