Disappointing that there are people taking such chances.
Just to be clear, I believe "European experience" refers to bareback and not race though, so no need to regret not having a ROAR requirement on your advert. From my understanding, in parts of Europe condoms with WG are negotiable.

"I had a punter PM a request for bareback which really offended me. I would like to make it clear to prospective clients that I do everything with protection. That is not negotiable."
Plain and simple no dramatics. As you said he has tried his luck with many other women so the ladies already have awareness where it counts the most.
