For my experience I would say adsafrica ..one WG called mi to let mi know there's a pic of mi on that site in PE of which i never been to PE..

I recommend Tinder. I've made some really amazing friends from that website. Its not just a hook up site,I know a handful of people that have found love there.

Tinder is a great suggestion.. I'm on there as well. You can download the app and it's for free...
