There would be clients that would like it when a girl talk like that and would run to book her, but then there would also be client that finds it a big turn off. I for one find it a big turn off if a lady speaks like that on the forum and would never book her.

....and then you have hardcore porn enthusiasts who get turned on by such direct,raw,explicitly xxx rated language...one the other hand there are those who more into softer,intimate,GFE fantasy and would rather prefer a more subtle,not-so-in-your-face approach.
So yes,there are people who like it and there are others who don't.

These ladies aren't looking to turn YOU on so your feeling or response to their campaign is irrelevant.

Depends who it comes from and when and how she previously behaved. If the lady is feisty how weird will it be if she all of a sudden becomes sweet spoken ie unless its role-playing. And so would it be for other side.
