Punting should b a pastime, not a habit/hobby..
U book when Ms is not around, I.e. visits her home or whatever.
U on the other side u go for that hot 1 u been eyeing for long.
Not every single week and u got budget for it.
Otherwise u r doomed.

Never replace your significant other with punting. You're setting yourself up for problems.
And, yes, have a budget. Although, I just did an exercise. I calculated that the average divorce costs you more per shag, over the entire marriage, than the average punt. Makes you think.
Finally, keep a grip on punting. It isn't real life. You will always be told you're sexy, yuge, generous, funny ... whatever. Don't get hooked. Just pay and play.

To all other respondents to this thread.. some wisdom here for sure. @saffer.. your post is particularly important and valid. It would be wise for others to follow that advice too. And if I can say this..
I'm thinking of giving this up myself.. punting. As I too feel like I'm in too deep and I'm losing control. Are these my Famous last words ? Perhaps.. anyway, food for thought here in this thread either way. Peace to all
