Advice....relax, douche back and front....use proper lube (no dawn cream or vaseline), not to much though and do doggy style first time. Set your own pace and ease it in initially. Prevents tearing of the anus and pain. Have fun and be safe. Remember, your rules, your pace.

1. Fluid diet for 2 days before
2. Enema is your friend
3. Start small...carrot better than cucumbers.
4. Take some painkillers beforehand.
5. 3 L's. Lube lube lube.
