Lol when I used to dance( strip) I remember we had to have I bikini line tan. I used to have so much fun trimming little arrows or landing strips.

From a sex perspective (and I suppose not relevant to this industry, as condoms should be the main), but when engaging in external vaginal stimulation with the penis (usual as a precursor to prenetration during foreplay), I find that shaven vaginas to be quite scratchy. Leaves the penis numb after awhile. Which may be useful for stamina, I guess. This also applies to freshly trimmed.
A full bush on the other hand, is a no go zone. Have to clear the path with the hands before entry, or you gonna be sliced and diced, and if you an older man, limp before even getting to the promised land.
