You obviously did not read a book "The world according to Garp". I would suggest to read it before you carry out with your idea.

Funny I was thinking my next question needs to be, how to do this? I specifically want to keep driving... so highway at constant speed, or quiet neighbourhood at reasonably slow speed? Still thinking it through...

What worked for me.
A lady (not in the industry anymore, married etc - so I can't name her) caught a lift with me form CPT to JHB.
The lady was touching and rubbing the twig & berries the whole time.
On a quiet stretch of the N1 I dropped my speed down to about 100km/h and engaged the speed control.
I was wearing PT shorts so the tackle came out easily on the side.
I think it will be less comfortable if you have to be unzipped to get the tackle out.
It was OWO with CIM.
She sucked and played with the tackle for about 10 km's when I shot my load.
The center console created it's own issue, but I put a jersey over it to make it more comfortable for the lady.
To do it in the traffic without causing a bumper bashing ...... I can't answer.

But I gotta say that I found the experience to be thoroughly over-rated. The BJ was so-so because its cramped and awkward and you're sitting fairly upright to reach the steering wheel so she can't really get all the way down, and having to pay attention to the road really detracts from enjoying what's going on. (and if you do need to change gears, she's obstructing the gearshift: maybe that'd be better in an automatic though.)

All in all I found that its one of those things that looks cool in porn but actually is not that great, but maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did, so good luck.

Agree with the comment above - highway is the best, and at night. Avoid residential roads, especially in Joburg. You don't want to unexpectedly drive over a speedbump or pothole...

I have enjoyed many bjs while driving, side chicks love giving bjs. Lol

Trick is
1. Tinted windows,at night
2. Automatic
3. Leather seats incase of spills
4. Loose fitting gym shorts or joggers
5. Keep wet wipes and tissues

Trust me if you get it right you will enjoy it.
