Actually we pay for exactly what we want in the time we booked. Otherwise the girls will be doing their laundry and dishes or just talking if you just pay for time. There is nothing wrong with a punter stating what he wants and what's standard for some is not standard for all so definitely worth asking everytime if what he wants is included or even on offer.
