We accumulate things, friends/contacts, emotions, habits.
Sometimes we don't even realise how overflowing , crowded and limited our spaces, mind, emotions and time get as a result.
Just like a good spring clean , when you unpack those cupboards and get rid of junk and things in drawers you have not worn or used in a long time, the same should be done with the rest of your life.
Let go of people, things, habits, thoughts , emotions that don't add value to your life.
Taking stock of where you are in life, where you came from and where you are heading and editing out people, things, habits and emotions don't support or value you, should be done often.
Editing your life should not mean to just cut out or throw out. Just taking stock and rearranging how you allow people, things, emotions and how they fit into your life is often enough to make positive changes as to how you deal with it.
Be a better version by keeping your edits real and embracing changes as a result.
