The ladies can work to any age, there is a couple on this site well into their 50's and one who's age is 59 and she is still one of the best in the business, age means experience and experience means pleasure

Very true Jake.. that is definitely one of the perks of it being an unregulated industry and profession... there is no set retirement age and no one forcing implementation.
Unlike many other professions that have retirement age and as a result loose the most experienced employees in the field.. the ladies have the freedom to decide for themselves when to step down;)
