Would help if you tell us which city you in.
But as Minime have said, for your own safety, stick to pharmacies, that way you know its the real deal.
In my experience, most pharmacies will assist when approached.

Unlike Viagra which has many black market versions in SA, I can't say I have found anything with Tadalafil (the key ingredient in Cialis) in South Africa at the spots you would find the Viagra equivalents.
