What happened to Cape Town?

Happy New Year ESA community.
So, I visit Cape Town quite often for business and leisure and have been doing so for a number of years.
I had regulars in the past and I suppose I became content, but they have all hung up their gloves and moved onto something else.
This of course has made punting in Cape Town quite tricky because I have to take a gamble on ladies with no reviews (which seems to be a trend in CT) and avoid those with negative reviews (which seems to also be a trend in CT).
Even with ladies who emigrate to the area from Johannesburg, the reviews start to take a different direction and not the positive kind.
My question is as per the subject - what the hell happened to Cape Town?
Are reliable service providers who provide great service a thing of the past?
I'm based in Johannesburg for the majority of the year and I really appreciate how spoiled for choice we are. I can only imagine the frustration of punters in Cape Town.
And this is specifically directed at the local ladies who are operating in the area, not the foreign ladies who come and go.

On a different note.
I also find it interesting that the international service providers offer the Girlfriend Experience for 15 minutes to cater for those cannot afford their full rate. This made me chuckle.
