Aware of many MGs who charge extra for oral and FH, but off late I've noticed a few WG quote a base fee for GFE, with extras like CIM, prostate, pegging, massage.

Or has it always been like that and I'm only noticing it now.

Fully agree with you, hence I find it interesting that its being embraced as an extra.

Mg offer massage with happy ending either a blowjob or handjob. Without a condom its an extra aswell as body slides. In the room they would offer penetration also as an extra.
Wg offer fullhouse either with gfe or not and all the extras that goes with sex. So its fair to charge massage as an extra. Its a seperate service all together isnt it?

I suppose all ladies can charge however they want.... however I have never charged extra for a massage, because I don't advertise as a massage provider. But then some gents arrive and hop on the bed wanting to be massaged first. So I give them what they want, even though no massage was agreed beforehand, the fee does not change, the playtime just gets shorter... 30 minutes massage and 30 minutes of girlfriend experience.
So my suggestion is to negotiate what exactly you want in your session with the lady upfront. If she charges extra for a massage, ask her if you could split the time up. If she refuses then you have hundreds more to choose from.

It doesn't make sense to me to be paying for any massage when you can go to an actual professional masseuse to get a proper massage. You pay for FH, GFE, etc which come with the typical 5 minutes or so "massage" that some offer. Ideally you just want to get there and nut by paying for the services which would get you there, and if that comes with a 5 minutes "massage" then be it but to pay for an actual massage doesn't make sense to me because most of the WG aren't professional masseuse.

If you want a massage, go to a professional masseuse, if you want to nut, visit the ESA ladies.
