There's a couple of sites or you can see your doctor. I've used www.get-tested.co.za before and it's very easy

Rather go to your doctor, you don't know what you buy online anymore and it's not safe.
You health is everything and taking a pill that you have no idea where it was manufactured could see you in hospital or worse dead.
