Hygiene Rant /Dick limitations

I'm not sure what's going on but why do SP not treat hygiene as top priority?? Also what's with the dick limitations and suppressed Moans such a turn off rather rub one out

I cannot imagine any service provider not ensuring hygiene is paramount.
Not only, firstly, for HER health BUT every punters too....and thus the ripple effect on other service providers as well as those partners at home ie. Wives etc.
It's called being responsible and professional and keeping the standard high.
Man oh man....should these ladies not be named???
In THIS space hygiene IS paramount...the basic to many other precautions that should be practised.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are dick limitations? Are they saying it's too big or it's limited in size?
