Even a fit-person can feel the widespread after effects of intense sexual activity because this combines intense exercise (sexercise) + nervous system stress (overload) + hormonal swings + poor recovery. Making your body react as if it's been overtrained.

Yep Raawi.

Like any sporting discipline that engages a specific set of muscles while others are less developed.

Sex.

The use of muscles deep and dormant for many due to sexual inactivity.

While others who , as u explained enjoy the wet and wilder side of coital pleasures shall experience the challenges as u explained.

Sex.
Tug.
Push.
Pull.
Arch.
Jiggle and bounce.
Grind and ride...and soooooo much more!

Near like "crossfit" , but of the bedroom sort.

:)

Oh absolutely..... even the fittest people feel it after an all-nighter ;)

When you're really putting in the effort, your whole body knows it the next day!

@RB, exactly

After an especially intense or prolonged sexual encounter, say an all-nighter, the body can feel sore, drained and even "ached all over", because sex is a physically demanding activity that stresses multiple systems at once:

- Muscle fatigue & micro-strain: Prolonged movement, sustained positions, and repetitive contractions lead to delayed muscle soreness, similar to a long workout.

- Nervous system depletion: Extended arousal and orgasm heavily tax the autonomic nervous system, leading to entire body fatigue and low energy.

- Hormonal shifts: Large releases of dopamine, oxytocin, prolactin, and endorphins are followed by a temporary drop, producing feelings of heaviness, soreness, or malaise.

- Dehydration & electrolyte loss: Sweating and fluid loss (often combined with alcohol or lack of sleep) worsen aches and recovery time.

- Sleep deprivation: All-nighters impair muscle repair and amplify pain perception.

That's basically the reason an individual would have "Body Pains" from Extended sexual activity.

You can get it from a massage to, where you didn't really do anything but lay on a table ... but it feels more like the body aches when you have flu ... Likely some kind of detox...
