I am convinced that the WGs come to ESA but don't have the principles to act professionally, take care of themselves (personal and venue) or provide a good service hate money.

There is no other explanation I'm willing to accept or understand why someone would go through the trouble of registering, take photos and then accept bookings.

They should tell us if they would rather be paid in fireworks or something that isn't money.

I've experienced the same before. I've called some ladies and it was almost like I was bothering them, even though I dialed them on the number listed during the hours marked as available..
so, you market yourself and then get annoyed when the marketing works???

Many ladies seem to be indifferent, not replying and so disintersted that the original poster of this thread has this impression.
It may be over simplified, but it is valid with regards to many. Hating money?- it certainly can't be, but please explain the attitude of indifference.

I'm sorry but is taking care of yourself not suppose to come naturally? How can some ladies not do that? Professionalism I can understand. Hating money? I'm not so sure if that exists though #pondering

I have to agree here. The WG places an advert ok the platform then, that is it. If someone comments on your photos, try interacting areas with a Thank you, embrace your potential clients, reply on DMs, add content to your galleries. Some ladies here seem to have thus understanding of how to operate a business, and others obviously hate the money they could be making with a little effort.

To think I even offer my clients a cup of tea and ask them if they are hungry.

Yup, especially the girls that stand you up for no reason apparently. Money = self-interest, but they just don't seem to get it
