What's changed ?
Seems scammers who take deposits and block clients and take payments and don't send paid for content etc don't get banned any longer.
Esa used to be the platform you would use to book SPs from because of the reviews and scammers being banned so the pool used to be relatively clean

There are reviews after reviews of some ladies who pull the same BS and these profiles just stay up. I know of at least two who were reported and still nothing

Name and shame is the way to go.
I have notice some of these alledged "scamsters" just have a new profile, with new name created an continue as if they were never involved in such antics before.

ESA is damn good at what they do. You are always going to get scammers that get away with it. Just look at the Police Minister.
Also you get bitter punters that will black list a lady for their own personal reasons
Then you get the "bad" ladies that will try tarnish their opposition for their own personal reasons
