Always keep in mind they are still a person doing their job. The fantasy will fade very quickly once you're no longer a client.

The financial input will probably increase, sometimes substantially.
The bodily output decreases, sometimes substantially.
As others have mentioned or alluded to - if based on the physical aspect of the relationship, not a good idea.
Not to mention the things that could be said during arguments (as all couples have these). Then they also have something over you...
Be more than 100 percent sure the emotional connection is worth all the cons. Be clear about what both want from the relationship/situationship before getting in too deep.

There are lots of guys that date wgs and they still continue to work.
