Hour booking done on WA easy enough. The number on the ad is handled by the venue, so you will get generic details to queries.

The entrance and driveway will be challenging to some. The gate is next to an adjacent shop and cars block the gate. An unhappy looking dude has to manually open the gate. There is a long driveway you park in. If there are multiple customers I can see someone getting parked in.
