Morning I've been stalked by ex and hacks my phone saps don't want to help me if anyone can please call me urgently....thanks

What do you mean they hack your phone? Best bet would be to get a restaining order, speak to a lawyer about any other options, and also get new phone numbers and social media profiles. Like create whole new profiles with different email addresses and not linked to your old number.

Do a full reset on your ph and manually add your apps. Don't do a phone clone.

Invading someone's privacy without consent is a criminal offense, considering laying charges this will automatically give the option of a restraining order.
Keep clear records of what happened with dates and as much possible detail and evidence.
