No they will not show up. There are no routinely used tests that would detect it, nor is it an illegal substance. I breaks down almost immediately into nitric oxide in the body which is a naturally occurring substance. Of note this drug is dangerous mostly to people taking viagra type medications or heart pills where is can blood pressure to drop extremely rapidly if taken together. Otherwise fairly safe.
