There is no right or wrong answers here.

Every individual is different and therefore boundries will be different.

Communication is the only way to know where boundries are, so ask as many questions as you need to to understand someones boundries.

Indeed! There are too many avenues when it comes to sensuality and intimacy to list: but a fantastic session does not have to include FH.
