How do know when you're peaking in your career? Everyone peaks at a certain point. And how long does it last?

Most long term careers you only get better at. Accounting, Law, Doctor, Tatoo artist, Writer etc.
As a WG I think your skills only get better with experience. Of course your looks may fade. That's when a stable of reliable regular clients comes in handy and a reputation for amazing service.
