Punters if u get scammed call esa so they can be removed. Girls if a client cant make the booking after he paid dep but calls keep it for next time that he wants to book.
If he cant call to cancel. Just keep the deposit for yourself.

Banning doesn't work. I've seen too many scammers come back through the back door of a new name and new profile. That's if ESA even does block them in the first place.
