I would recommend those two with no reservation.
Pammy's is not such a great venue.
The Highlands North and Houghton asian sp's are all post ops. I don't particularly like post ops - very pretty usually but yeah well. Each to his own.

I have not been there... but my gut feel is that it would be a similar experience to Houghton and Highlands North places.. A lot of the girls look like they used to be at those venues.
