I recently booked a girl and today I was called by members of the police to say that they have a warrant for my arrest and that this girl has laid charges against me claiming that I paid with fake notes and and and . They claim that they have all the evidence( video DNA phine call trails) and an arrest warrant for a change of rape. Obviously this is not the truth, I was an honest paying punter. Problem is these appear to be guniene SAPS members. Has anytime ever dealt with something like this and how did you manage / deal with the situation.

How do you figure they're legit cops ? Get their names and then call the station to talk with them, more likely than not its a scam

Report her to ESA immediately I'd you have in deed been scammed. This will protect the other punters from going to her. As far as the "cops and DNA" goes, she said you paid her in false notes.. what exactly did she say you paid her for?

Cant be rape if you paid a WG for sex hun. Screenshot her page as proof before ESA deletes or bannes it.

I would for sure call the station and verify the identity of these so called cops and if they are real you may have an issue on your hands but you can also sue her for videotaping you without your knowledge and or concent.

You have some leverage here too to make this go away. Dont stress breathe and take it step by step

I went directly to an attorney and he called the number and verified the details. I am handing myself over tomorrow morning and hoping I get bail on the same day. The problem is I have no relationship with the lawyer, I'm just another client and he claims we will do the best we can. I've seen the girl in question a few times, we messaged each other from time to time, now this. I'm totally freaked out, can she possibly get away with this? Its almost seems like the cops are looking for a bribe as well as they asked me to initially meet them to help me ..... when the lawyer called them they changed stories and now it's a full out attempt to nail me for something I certainly did not do

How can it be rape if it was consensual?
There was no force as such? She opened up the house for you, let you in and you slept with her for money even.

I agree, call the station and speak to the Captain. If it's legit, he will advise you on how to proceed
