Generally we attracted to those we are surrounded by when we are raised (not saying we dont change over time). If you grew up say only amongst white people for the first 20 years of your life, your affinity to other races will be slower to evolve even though your exposure to those races increases later on in life. Due to the history of SA, white people are attracted to white people and black to black. There is nothing wrong with this, it's just socialization. We are however changing as a society but it's a slow process. Those in services industries tend to adapt, or experience preference change faster, probably due to their higher rates of exposure to different races and cultures.



On fees, the riches group by far in our country at the moment are white males. Hence those who can attract this group can charge a higher fee. Simple supply and demand. But yes, our socialization has roots in racism, and hence the economics is racially twisted as well. And I know there are many nuances, and niches that ladies of colour (white and black ,and anywhere in between) can operate in.

That is such bull shit, I've worked in many places- and most of the time black girls are booked by white men who would likely deny it due to their conditioning. Most of my clients are Indian, because the majority love white women with blue or green eyes.
