This is a long overdue review.

I have seen her several times before and this unfortunately will be the last.
Everything is pretty spot on, but I don't quite know what was going on there that day tbh.
The privacy score at 1 is because she screamed out of her window to the security to let me in.

It's been a while since I've dipped into the "Specialist" tab on ESA. I noticed Candy's profile and the reviews seemed consistently good. Usually, in this category, that translates to someone who's polite, engaging and professional.
