I would imagine should they win their case, they would be seeking compensation from the government, lost sales etc. Then the marketing lot will also sue, this is going to cost the government billions, and not only losses of tax and vat

I honestly dont understand the reasoning around this sharing your drink or smokes. Wtf happens when someone drinks out of your coffee mug...do they ban coffee?'what about people eating pap out of the same pot...do you ban pap?
