All I have to go by is my experience the last 15 years (never been asked), and the concern for potential lost business because of policy. It seems from the feedback here, many regular punters agree that asking for a deposit will make them just go to any of the other 50 or so great MG's in Pretoria. No hissy fit, just a choice

While true some can be paid on delivery, most require some form of deposit/pre-payment

As a reliable punter,ladies shouldn't be asking you of all people for a deposit

I ask new people deposits. It's to ensure that they actually pitch. Too many people waste out time these days. If he refuses to pay a deposit of 25 percent, then I know he's wasting my time.

Sad to see how trust between SP and client has been diluted either by a number of bad apples (not just a few, it appears) on either side. While deposits requested vary from 10% to 50% and above, I don't think it's the percentage involved but for many punters, it's the principle. While there are SP's out there that have built up a good reputation and can be trusted to honour the appointment timeously and diligently, irrespective of the amount of deposit required/requested, you can't take umbrage if a punter who has been bitten or has heard of enough no-shows, is not prepared to go down the deposit route. Likewise the SP's just as the punters have the same problem re the no-shows thus the deposit request. Let's face it, this a catch 22 situation, aggravated by tough economic times and the deterioration of the humanity.

Indeed a catch22
We all must do the best we can everyday
No one is forcing anyone to do anything.
If the deposit request doesn't suit you, there are thousands of sp would would take your apointment without a deposit.
If the lady requesting a deposit doesn't get bookings she'll abondon the idea.

Norrafok unless she's talking about the deposit I plan to make in the booked session then I'll be sure to give it my 100%

Trust is a 2-way street, just as the lady requesting the deposito expect me to trust her, I expect her to trust me in honoring my appointment.

I am of the opinion that if the session starts with "a lack of trust" from either party, that it will not be as great as what it sould be.

Each of us are free to choose, how and with whom we "conduct" business, and there is no right or wrong answer on requesting a deposito or not.

As your planning gets aligned she prepare easier for your definite visit as you can even discuss specifics (nude, suspenders, fuckboots etc) in advance.

I can only speak about my own choices and practices.
Regular and trusted long term clients doesn't get deposit requests from me.

As fate would have it, Tammi's policy of a deposit has cost her a potential regular client, found Nats at VG. She will benefit from my contribution until she decides to leave the industry
