Just a heads up on time dates etc.

Later on in the year:

People plan holidays
Holiday season is about to start
Early November everyone has been paid
Hosting venue, great timing
People have year end functions

And we give back to charity to ensure that the less fortunate still have a good holiday season

Fridays are bad for a lot of ladies and gents

It's great fun. And for the folks that want to join for the first time GO BIG. It's not an old boys club

Lets give something back and have fun

Great 3rd November suits me. What about the venue? Is it HOE ar do you have other venues in mind?

Here is the basic outline

Food price will be sent out shortly

The food price will include the ladies, so free for them

The amount will have a R100 excess for charity

Ladies only have to pay R100 towards the charity

ESA will decide on the charity
