Keep in mind that ROAR policy are also applicable to our right to refuse a client. For example, when a punter is punch drunk, rude/disrespectful, removes the condom (that's immediate dismissal), threatening, dirty you get the picture.

This right here. I no longer assume roar means race.

In most of my inquiries, I let the ladies know my age and race upfront should they have a roar policy instead of wasting both our times and in most cases, they say it's not a problem and that's not what the roar is for. Actually had the opposite expected result from a few wgs that actual took offense to me implying they're racist and almost bitnmy head off for it. Had to explain that I'm just sending it on case they did have a race roar policy as a few wgs doandvi would rather end the conversation here than rock up to an appointment only to find out then.

Also I don't only do this for white wgs. I do it for all so everyone has the option or right of refusal for whatever their reason. I don't want to waste my time going where I'm not welcome or entertaining a chat that isn't going anywhere.

I think Indian SPs are more likely to not cater to non-Caucasoid (outdated term) punters even while not having ROAR on their profiles. I generally don't get responses when trying to book on WhatsApp. If I do, I feel their rates are inflated since it's me asking.

With that being said, one of my all time favourite SPs was this big booty Indian woman that use to work in Ferndale. She was even at Pammy's for a while. Oh man, I loved every session with her. She gave great head and doggy with her was heavenly. She seems to have left the industry after lockdown. If any of you know who I'm referring to and know where she is now, please let this brother know! ;)

THE ENFORCEABILITY OF 'RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED' SIGNS IN SOUTH AFRICA
21 May 2025
3 min read

by Lavona Appanna / Associate / Mooney Ford Attorneys

Have you ever visited your favourite eatery and noticed a sign that reads, 'Right of Admission Reserved'? In this article, we unpack the meaning, legality, and implications of such notices.

At the outset, it is important to bear in mind that property owners and managers pay a substantial amount for the use of the premises they occupy and from which they operate. It would therefore seem logical that they may exercise full discretion over who may enter and who may be refused, as well as with whom they choose to conduct business. Unfortunately, it is not quite that straightforward.

There are fundamental rights to consider and balance when determining whether or not to permit entry onto one's premises for the purpose of doing business.

The South African Constitution provides several key rights relevant to property owners and managers, namely:

Section 16 --- Freedom of Expression

Section 18 --- Freedom of Association

Section 25 --- Right to Property

However, these rights are not absolute. They cannot be exercised in isolation or in violation of other constitutional rights, particularly those enshrined in the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act 4 of 2000. Section 6 of the Act specifically prohibits unfair discrimination. In practical terms, this means that a person may not be refused entry on discriminatory grounds.

Let us consider some examples that illustrate when a refusal of admission may be justified, and when it may not:

During and shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic, it became common for establishments to refuse entry to individuals who declined to wear masks or observe social distancing protocols. Given the public health context, such refusals were not considered discriminatory, provided the rule was applied uniformly, irrespective of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

In other cases, refusal of entry may attract negative public attention, even if it does not amount to unlawful conduct. For example, a beachfront restaurant may choose to deny entry to patrons not wearing shoes or dressed in beachwear. This may appear exclusionary but is unlikely to amount to discrimination in law.

Other examples of arguably justified refusals of entry include:

An attempt to gain access outside of the establishment's operating hours.
A business refusing entry to an individual previously caught attempting theft or fraud on the premises.
An event that is sold out and operating within ticketed capacity.
An establishment that has reached lawful maximum occupancy and seeks to avoid contravention of municipal bylaws.
That said, the refusal of entry can also be unlawful when based on discriminatory grounds. A notable example is the case of Anyikwa v Cubana Havana Lounge/Caf [2014] ZAECPEHC 58, where an individual was denied entry to a restaurant based on his nationality. The court found in his favour and awarded damages for impairment of dignity and emotional and psychological harm.

In conclusion then, while property owners and managers are entitled to reserve the right of admission, that right must be exercised lawfully. It cannot be used as a disguise for discrimination. Any refusal based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation will likely amount to unfair discrimination and may expose the establishment to legal consequences. Discretion must be exercised fairly, consistently, and in line with the law, lest it be challenged, and found wanting

If you all want to bitch about race go join parlement.

This is not the place to do so. This is suppose to be judgement free zone. Ffs

Simple Rules:
As a punter, simply RESPECT the ladies from the rates to preferences. Never come through in the forums so obvious folks can figure your race. I have heard some punters do check out which girls a forum poster booked and it can affect their business. Similarly the SPs also share details on punters. So generally if some SP has made an exception to her ROAR rule(s) (be it on race or services offered etc.) - thank your lucky stars and go enjoy your vanilla or chocolate ice-cream in peace, wipe your mouth and everything else that needs wiping, all pun intended and - "go on about your business" as the Jamaicans say - LOLEST.

As a rule, I DO NOT like divulging fine details, unless SP asks me to.
I concluded SPs do things on a case by case basis even stretching to make exceptions for that odd special punt. Dont get her into trouble with other punters who may now feel entitled. I dont kiss & tell.

A SP told me that many of her black clientele have a ton on money.

For chicks to miss out on that market is insane.

So some of the white clients would prefer for her to be with a bunch of other guys with no money is nuts.

The chick is also dumb in that case.

I am a white guy and I have no problem with my black, brown and purple brothers having a good selection.

SPs, tell your white clients "sure" and my brothers, please just go along with the no review stuff. The SP can't control the irrationality of her other clients. I am sure SPs aren't totally honest with their clients on every detail. Lol

No wonder some ladies have that ROAR policy, as some of these punters on this forum have the most foulest, disgusting mouths-I suppose they blow their boyfriends with that mouth.

The racists make an issue out of race, applicable both sides.
