Sheesh, having just discovered the forum behind the ladies' ads. I am amazed at the variety of topics and discussions. What made these guys post this (lying in a hospital bed) in the first place, common sense would probably say deal with it legally, as many of you have already suggested. This guy did nothing wrong . What a fucked up situation. I hope that this guy is ok and hopefully recovering?! Have there been no follow up posts?

That being said and (I hope) without sounding callous, when dabbling in a world where traditional good and bad lines can become blurry, I'm tempted to say, "live by the sword die by the sword".

If you want to entertain and drink and chill with a girl, make sure it's safe and you have a way out. It could have been worse, I.e. there could have been saps/ law enforcement involved or the guy killed etc etc.

I for one never venture out into overnighters (if I did it would be at a hotel or something) and never intoxicated not one drop ever. Caffenaited always. It you can't fight run brother. Anyway if this really went down this way, all the best to all the people involved.
